Joseph is a God fearing counselor psychologist. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from PAC University. He is a registered and licensed Counseling Psychologist by the Kenya counselors and Psychologist Board, and a credited member of Kenya Counselors and psychologist Association. He is a certified professional mediator at Mediation Training Institute-MTI and Boma Training Institute-BTI. He has over 15-years practicing psychological Counseling and therapy.  

He has worked at Kenya National Commission on Human Rights-KNCHR for 19-years, attached to the directorate of legal services, providing quality preventive, sustainable, supportive and curative counseling psychological services that help the commission members with a variety of social and emotional concerns.  He has offered consultancy services to Peace Brigade International, supporting its community through debriefing, group counseling session and individual therapy. He has worked with National Cereals and produce Board, supporting its community in psychological preparedness to retirement. Joseph has offered its consultancy services to INUKA Ni SISI Organization; conducted Mental Health Assessment with specific plan on wellness for the organization.   

His areas of expertise include employee/organization wellness and Team building services, youth, adolescent counseling and child therapy, couple and family therapy in addition to taking part in speaking engagements in seminars and conferences both locally and internationally. He is a mental health Coach and certified professional mediator.
